Baked Chicken, Asaparagus, and Ravioli

Chicken, marinated in soy sauce and seasonings, then dredged in sour cream and coated with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.  This chicken was baked at 400 for about 20 min.  The bottom would have been crispy if I had elevated the chicken on a cookie rack.  The asparagus was steamed and flavored with olive oil, salt, and pepper.  The ravioli was store bought with store bought vodka sauce.

Dr. Pepper Cupcakes

I found this recipe on pinterest.  Combine all ingredients in a mixer; 1.5 Cups of flour, 3 Tbsp cocoa, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 3/4 Cup sugar, 8 Tbsp butter, 1 egg, 1/2 Cup whole milk, 3/4 Cup Dr. Pepper, 1/4 Cup maraschino cherry juice, and 2 tsp vanilla.  Bake at 350 deg until done.  These don't taste overwhelmingly like Dr. Pepper, but they do come out fluffy.

Sauteed Shrimp, Salad, and Spaghetti

Peeled large shrimp sauteed in olive oil and garlic for a few minutes until pink.  Served with a salad of arugula leaves, cranberries, almonds, and a balsamic vinaigrette.  Also served with Angel Hair Pasta and Tomato Vodka Sauce.
